Where can I view the product?
Do-Up staircases are on display at the showrooms of the Metalstep network at the following addresses :
Floreffe – Z.I Rue des Artisans 10, 5150 Floreffe
Deinze – Europalaan 24A, 9800 Deinze
Lille – Rue Garibaldi 20, 59000 Lille
The opening hours are detailed on the site.

Is it possible to add a hand rail later?
Yes, a hand rail can be added after assembling your staircase.

Is it possible to change the colour of the glass steps at a later date?
Yes, you simply need to change the coloured adhesive which you’ve placed under your steps.

Assembly

How long does assembly take?
A Do-Up staircase can be comfortably installed in an afternoon.

Order

How should I place my order?
Enter your dimensions in the fields provided under “configuration”. Then run the simulation to view your staircase directly. You can modify certain options such as the width and type of steps, along with the colour (for glass steps only). You can also add a hand rail. Once this stage is finished, click on the “My order” tab and follow the instructions.


Payment

What payment method is accepted?
We only accept national or intra-European bank transfer. Upon receipt of your order, you will be sent an invoice indicating Do-Up’s bank details.


Delivery

What delivery method do your offer?
We deliver your Do-Up staircase to the address specified at the time of ordering. The delivery charge is specified to you in a second e-mail when confirming your order.


Can I collect my order myself?
No, it is not currently possible to come and collect your order.


Receipt of the order

What do I need to do on receiving my order? What if the equipment is damaged?
On receipt of your order, you should check its contents immediately. If the product is broken or defective, you should ideally refuse it. But if you notice damage within 24 hours of receipt, contact our services to report the damage detected and we will inform you of the procedure to be followed.


Guarantees / After-Sales Service

Are the products guaranteed?
We provide a 1-year guarantee on the steps and a 3-year guarantee on the structure of Do-Up staircases. Consult the “guarantee” tab for more information about this.

With a few short clicks, you can work out the style of your Do-Up staircase yourself using the options provided, thus ensuring it matches your interior. Depending on your measurements, you can also select the degree of comfort of your staircase (which will be determined by a maximum number of steps).
